Public sector (agriculture) research projects " Oils mycotoxins Control Technology " of 2014 annual meeting held in Beijing


    The nonprofit sector (agriculture) research projects “Oils mycotoxins Control Technology” (201203037) annual meeting of 2014 was held in Beijing, Dec. 15. Administration of the ministry of agriculture agricultural science and technology education department, director of Mr. Zhang yuan, science and technology literature, director of Mr. Wen Xue, the project host unit the leadership and management department of science and technology personnel, each research project and the project participants and so on more than 40 people were present at the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Institute of Agricultural Products Processing deputy director Fengzhong Wang.

    According to the project's chief expert researcher Prof. Yang Liu, the project started three years ago, around multiple aspects of planting, harvesting, storage, processing and other mycotoxins in grain and oil to carry out prevention and removal of the whole industry chain research. The project has yielded good results, and initially established oils mycotoxin prevention and control technology system. The technologies of peanut aflatoxin, DON toxin biocontrol wheat, peanuts aflatoxin planting resistant varieties and other technologies have been developed in cultivation. Two sets of a suitable peanut (corn) and wheat (rice) the origin of fast drying equipment, 1 set of DON toxin contaminated wheat gravity sorting machine, 1 set of moldy grain laser sorter were developed for the in harvest. 1 set of endotoxin contamination warning model, 1 set of prevention and control of toxic facilities were developed in terms of storage. Three kinds of green formulations for fungi and toxins inhibitor, materials for packaging film and two kinds of storage mode, two kinds of coating composite material and formula have been developed in terms of storage. In terms of processing, the wheat processing DON toxin removal process technologies was researched. The microbial degradation, microbial adsorption, enzymatic degradation and other toxins degradation technology were developed. For testing, the ELISA HI- aflatoxin detection technology and detection technology was developed. The aflatoxin ELISA kit, gold standard speed test strips, immune sensor detector and other testing products of instrument were developed. These techniques, methods, instruments and equipment have been demonstrated and applicatied in Henan Huang food industry Co., Ltd., Shandong Jingsheng Oil Group, Shandong agricultural product quality safety testing center and other 44 enterprises. The project team also organized training related businesses to train the mycotoxins professionals over thousands for enterprises. Total of 38 applied for national invention patents, 63 academic theses, including 20 SCI theses has been published in the project started three years ago.

    The project implementation has been fully affirmed by director of Mr. Zhang. He ordered that the project must be aimed at industry science and technology project positioning, must be focused industrial real problems, achieved results roots. He also asked to strengthen the implementation of the project organization and management, in particular, to strengthen the management of funds to achieve coalition and collaboration. The Director of Mr. Wen pointed out that literature not only meet industry projects in developing technology, but also to solve critical business problems, and play a greater role in the actual production.

    In project execution expert group meeting, the members of the group to generate demonstration discussed the subject of how to strengthen enterprise applications and solve real business problems. The conclusion has been agreed that the exhibition combining 2015 mid-year summary of the project would be held in Jiangxi, to further strengthen technology integration and demonstration. The meeting could also promote prevention, control of the whole industrial chain and removing technology popularization and application.
