       1、真菌毒素形成机理研究
       研究黄曲霉、赭曲霉等产毒真菌的基因组学、转录组学和代谢组学,构建真菌毒素合成调控的基因网络,阐明真菌毒素的形成及调控机理,及重要真菌毒素生物合成途径中调控基因及关键酶的作用机理研究。

       2、Aspergillus ochraceus次级代谢产物生物合成基因及代谢组学研究

       3、利用遗传工程和合成生物学的手段构建模式真菌宿主用于药物或隐秘化合物的生产

       对构巢曲霉中第一个次级代谢产物恢复因子RsmA调控柄曲霉素及其他代谢产物产生的机理进行了研究:发现RsmA是通过结合在柄曲霉素合成基因簇中调控因子AflR启动子区特定的DNA序列来实现其调控。并通过调控产生大量的毒素柄曲霉素,来杀死食真菌昆虫,实现在自然界中的自我防御。
